TruSight Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the website, including any mobile version (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by TPM Alliance, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We have developed this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for you, the visitor/user, to demonstrate our commitment to privacy on the Internet. This Policy describes the information that we collect when you use and access the Site, how we (or our trusted third-party service providers) use it and how and under what circumstances we share that information. This Policy does not apply to information collected in any other way, such as offline communications.

We may collect personally identifiable information about you when you use the Site or voluntarily supply information through the Site that personally identifies you and/or allows us to contact you, including any and all materials submitted by you when you fill out a general inquiry form online.

“Personally identifiable information” means information that by itself or in conjunction with other information, may be used to specifically identify or contact you. This includes information such as your name, address, date of birth, profession, location, telephone number, and email address.

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain non-identifying information about you or “Usage Data”, such as your movement about the Site, the type of browser or operating system you use, or the domain name of the website from which you linked to the Site. We use the information that we collect to operate, improve and personalize the Site, to provide customer service, and to detect, prevent and mitigate fraudulent or illegal activities.

We may also use cookies, which are small text files placed on your hard drive by a web page server to maintain information from page to page as you navigate the Site. We use cookies to provide a personalized experience on our Site and to allow access without re-entering your user ID, to make improvements, and to better tailor our site to our visitors’ needs. If you do not want cookies stored on your computer, you may adjust your browser settings to refuse all cookies, although this may prevent you from using certain features of the Site and the Services.

We may share personally identifiable information about you with other trusted companies, affiliates or people to perform functions for which we engage them when (1) you have consented to our sharing of the information, or (2) to perform statistical analysis, for marketing purposes, to provide customer support or to provide services to you. These companies or individuals may use your personally identifiable information only to the extent necessary to assist us and are required to protect the information. We also may share information that we collect from you, as needed, to enforce our rights, protect our property or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed to support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions.

Notwithstanding any other statements or representations in this Policy or elsewhere on our Site, we reserve the right to disclose any information in our possession if we are required to do so by law or we believe, in good faith, that such a disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, defend our rights or property, or to respond to an emergency situation. We may transfer information, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of us or any affiliated company (in each case whether in whole or in part).

The Site may contain links to websites maintained by third parties with which we have no affiliation. This Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of those sites, and you should consult the privacy policies of those sites to learn about their practices. A link to any third-party site does not mean that we endorse it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it.

The Site is not designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 through the Site. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.

The Effective Date of this Policy is set forth at the top of this Policy. We may modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you by posting the modified Policy, and its effective date, on this page. For this reason, you should regularly review this Policy and note the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. The amended Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions.
